Fa. Noack garden and caretaker service

2014 In August, Dennis Noack, in addition to a full-time job in gardening and landscaping, I founded my company Services Noack as a small business. At first I only bought small tools like spade, shovel and rake as well as a small trailer to be able to start. The first jobs were simple weeding in private gardens. In autumn, the first people with their hedges became aware of my small company and a petrol hedge trimmer and a ladder were needed so that these customers could also be served. 2015 It was already clear at the start of the season that this project could not be carried out on the side for long - the order situation rose steadily. When in August 2014 only about 10 clients used our service, we had already reached 5 times the number by the start of the season in 2015 and the numbers kept increasing. 2016 was an eventful year, the basement for the tools was no longer sufficient, so a garage had to be rented. The machine park has also been expanded to include all the necessary equipment that is required in the garden and caretaker service area. At the same time, we offered winter service for the first time in 2016 and it was well received. 2017 Since February we have the company headquarters in Wilhelmstr. 22 in Neumünster to a backyard that offers us all the opportunities we need for our company. At the beginning of the year, we were able to gain more commercial customers, which means that we have included the caretaker service spectrum both in our name and in our offer. "Services Noack" became "Services Noack garden and caretaker service" as follows In April 2017 the name was changed to "Fa. Noack garden and caretaker service". The year 2017 went well for us, we met a lot of new people and also won great customers for us. Economically, we switched from the Polo 9n 1.2L as a company car to a T4 flatbed and have now even bought a T4 van. In addition, there are now three of us in the company and we are not averse to hiring a fourth person, let's see what the future will bring. 2019 We have expanded our team a little and are now four to be able to handle everything. In the spring, Dennis Noack, I took and passed my IHK exam as a pest controller in health and stored product protection. We now also have pest control in our range of services. 2020 After 3 years of loyal service, we have now exchanged our two T4s, both of which were now 22 years old, for 2 new vehicles: 1 Renault Master flatbed with tipper to make work easier and a Renault Trafic. Due to the great quality of the turf from our supplier "Boostedter Rollrasen" and the fact that we enjoy the work, we now have the laying of turf in our range. We have already been able to generate a lot of positive feedback and are even on the road for you in the border triangle of Schleswig-Holstein, northern Lower Saxony, western Meckpomm & Hamburg. 2021 The corona crisis still has us all firmly under control, but of course that doesn't stop us and so we have expanded our team with a few great people. We are now 6 people in the company and have expanded to include the area of fence construction and paving work. In addition, I had Dennis Noack train me in the field of robotic lawnmowers, as this has great potential in the future and I suspect that conventional lawnmowers will be replaced by at least 50% in the next few years. Therefore, we now also sell, install and move robotic lawnmowers. In the meantime we have expanded again and are now 8 people, our office has expanded with an accountant and 2 employees outside for the gardening and landscaping area, so our office is now also full-time and our AB has served its time in most cases. Furthermore, we have moved to Kielerstr. 574 in Neumünster-Einfeld and have converted our company from a cold factory hall into a hall that can be heated, so now we have the office on site and no longer have sanitary facilities in the private rooms that we didn't have before either. All in all, the year 2021 was very eventful because a lot has changed for us, there were a few hurdles to overcome and new regulations and directions to be set in our company, of course, we also had to part with employees who could not represent our values, but they were again replaced with people who can share our values and interests! Because in the end it is each individual who makes our company a great whole! 2022 After a few setbacks at the beginning of 2022, we have reorganized ourselves structurally.
